This policy explains how BeSuro handles personal data submitted through besurosafe.com in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Information we collect
When you join our waitlist or register interest in a product drop, we may collect your name, email address, selected product interest, submission time, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
How we use it
We use this information to manage the waitlist, send launch and product updates you requested, respond to enquiries, prevent misuse, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.
Consent and your choices
You may withdraw your marketing consent or ask about access to or correction of your personal data by contacting our Data Protection Officer at besurosg@gmail.com. You may also ask us to delete information we no longer need to retain. Every marketing email should provide an unsubscribe option. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
Sharing and storage
We may use service providers that host the website, store submissions, or deliver email. They receive only the information needed to provide those services. Information may be processed outside Singapore with appropriate safeguards. We retain it only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Security and children
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. The website and waitlist are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can remove it.

BeSuro has designated a Data Protection Officer to oversee compliance with the PDPA. Questions, feedback, complaints, and privacy requests may be sent to besurosg@gmail.com with the subject “PDPA privacy request”. We aim to acknowledge privacy enquiries promptly and will verify identity where needed before releasing or changing personal data.
